SMS Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Simple Reverse operates an internal-only SMS alert program used to notify the Simple Reverse owner and business partner when a new lead or inbound call is received. This program does not send messages to customers or leads. Before enrolling any phone number in this program, we collect express verbal consent from that recipient using the process below.

1. Exact script read to the recipient:

"Simple Reverse would like to send non-promotional internal SMS alerts to this number when a new lead or inbound call is received. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Do you expressly consent to receive these messages?"

2. Example recipient response:

"Yes, I consent."

3. Recordkeeping:

For each consent obtained, we record the recipient's name, phone number, the date and time consent was given, the version of the script read, and the name of the team member who collected consent. This consent log is stored in an access-controlled system.

4. Opt-out:

Replying STOP to any message automatically and immediately unsubscribes that recipient's number from all future SMS alerts.

Terms of Service

This SMS program is non-promotional and internal-only. Messages are sent solely to the Simple Reverse owner and business partner to alert them of new leads or inbound calls received by the business. Recipients are enrolled only after providing express verbal consent as described in the Verbal SMS Consent Process above.

Message frequency varies with lead and call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; this will immediately and automatically unsubscribe your number from future messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time.

Privacy Policy

Simple Reverse respects the privacy of the individuals enrolled in this internal SMS alert program. Phone numbers and consent records collected are used solely to operate this internal lead and call alert program and for no other purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers or SMS consent data. This information is stored securely and used in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
